This is a new chocolate bar brand born from a chocolate lab founded by Celine and Amit, who are from Switzerland and Israel, after much exploration.
They position themselves as chocolate makers, not chocolatiers, in the sense of wine brewers, and value craftsmanship in the entire manufacturing process from cacao beans to chocolate bars, under the concept of Bean to Bar. At the same time, they aim to make sustainable chocolate, focusing on Asian cacao.
