About quality control of White Raw Honey

The Kyrgyz honey that we handle is imported from Kyrgyzstan, quality inspected in Japan, and then packaged. From Espulcet in a pesticide-free environment in a mountainous area at an altitude of over 1200 meters. Regarding the honey we collect, we conduct quality inspections through a third-party food analysis center to ensure the safety standards in Japan.

In addition, since it is a raw product that has not been subjected to heat treatment, it contains very little HMF (hydroxymethylfurfural), an organic compound produced by thermal decomposition of sugars and carbohydrates (1/3 of the Japanese standard). . Honey loses its original flavor and nutrients when heated, so by having a low amount of HMF, you can check whether there were any problems with the honey, such as unheated storage and long-term storage in a hot place.
